Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a remote-based Collections Account Specialist to support high-value SendTech Clients and ensure timely, accurate billing and collections. You will handle sensitive financial data and participate in background screening.

You must reside in EST/CST areas to be eligible and be available Monday–Friday within 8:00AM–5:30PM EST / 7:00AM–4:30PM CST. Compensation is $18/hour, with potential variation by location and skillset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client service experience.
• Experience in collections or billing reconciliation is preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Collect past-due accounts across multiple lines of business.
• Correct billing errors while maintaining client account integrity in systems.
• Handle account cleansing, payment application, and reconciliations.
• Update purchase orders, cost centers, invoices, and price quotes.
• Collaborate with invoicing, account maintenance, and collections teams.
• Maintain good working relationships across Pitney Bowes units.
• Organize daily tasks to meet time parameters and deadlines.
