Progressive Leasing, a PROG Holdings subsidiary, is hiring Remote Collections Representatives to support our nationwide customer base from a home office. This full-time, work-from-home role is performed within 60 miles of Glendale, AZ, with 100% virtual training and evening/weekend shifts as needed.

You will handle past-due accounts via outbound and inbound calls, provide top-tier service, and contribute to a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Customer service and collections experience with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer and typing literacy, proficient with multiple software applications.
• Phone experience in a customer service/call center environment.
• High school diploma or GED; must be 18 or older.
