Job summary

Progressive Leasing is hiring Remote Collections Representatives to support customers from home within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, AZ. The role provides mandatory virtual training, full-time shifts, and a compensation package including $17.00 per hour plus a bonus, with Spanish fluency earning a 5% hourly increase.

You will manage inbound and outbound calls to collect on past-due accounts, deliver excellent service, and work with several software applications.
