TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. in the United States is seeking a Remote Collections Representative to support our customer service teams from home. You will handle outbound calls and respond to inquiries, guiding past-due accounts toward payment.

This role offers paid training and a team-oriented remote environment. Ideal candidates bring a High School diploma, two years call center experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years previous call center experience.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• FDCPA knowledge preferred.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.
• For Remote Positions: The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows: Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up); Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots); Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload.
