This role involves handling outbound and inbound calls to collect past-due accounts and secure payments, from the comfort of a home office. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and able to meet confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years call center experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• FDCPA knowledge preferred.

• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.

Compensation: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

At our contact centers, Collection Representatives are responsible for outbound calling as well as accepting incoming calls regarding past due accounts and securing payments on accounts that are past due.

For Remote Positions:The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:
