Job summary

TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Remote Collections Representative to contact consumers and secure payments on past-due student loan accounts from home.

This is a work-from-home position with company-issued equipment provided after onboarding. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of tuition or private student loan collections experience, FDCPA knowledge, and excellent phone etiquette with strong negotiation and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Access to high-speed internet required.
• 2+ years' experience with Tuition or Private Student Loan Collections.
• FDCPA knowledge.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time.
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.
