Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join our nationwide team. In this role, you will manage delinquent accounts, negotiate settlements, and use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers while maintaining professional, compliant communication.

You must have at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong negotiation and verbal skills, and a reliable home workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Strong verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Reliable internet and distraction-free workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements based on borrowers' finances.
• Locate borrowers using skip-tracing and investigative techniques.
• Manage assigned accounts and prioritize recovery opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Communicate with management and team remotely.
