Job summary

IC System is seeking a collections specialist to manage delinquent consumer accounts from a fully remote location. You will apply proven collection strategies, maintain compliance, and deliver a positive consumer experience while meeting performance goals.

Training is 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM CT for onboarding; after training, you can set a schedule between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM CT, Monday–Friday, for 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent third-party collections experience required, including current or recent experience in a collection agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection efforts on delinquent consumer accounts.
• Use proven collection strategies to secure payment resolutions and meet performance objectives.
• Navigate challenging conversations with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.

What You'll Do

• ScheduleFirst 3 weeks:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM CT for training and onboarding.

After Training:

Create a schedule that works for you between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM CT, Monday-Friday.

Full-Time Schedule

40 hours per week required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent third-party collections experience required, including current or recent experience in a collection agency environment.
• Must reside in one of the following states: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Florida, Texas, or Illinois.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
