Viking Client Services, LLC is seeking a Collection Agent for a REMOTE role. You will conduct outbound and inbound calls to resolve past-due accounts and negotiate settlements with professionalism and persistence.

This position offers an aggressive bonus and commission structure, a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, 401(k) with company match, medical/dental/vision, disability coverage, and paid training. A secure, distraction-free environment is required.

Are you a natural negotiator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for driven individuals to join our team. As a Collection Agent, you will act as a vital link between our financial services clients, helping to resolve past-due accounts through professional communication and strategic problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and take inbound calls
• Negotiate payments and settlements in a professional manner
• Track and manage account activity in our system
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all interactions
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with other team members
• Meet and exceed monthly recovery goals

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant collections experience
• Proven track record of top-tier performance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills through various channels (phone, email, face-to-face, etc.)
• Self-motivated with a high level of accountability

This is a REMOTE position, must have secure and distraction free environment.
