Viking Client Services, LLC is seeking a remote Collection Agent in the United States. You will conduct outbound and inbound calls, negotiate settlements, and manage account activity while maintaining detailed records and regulatory compliance.

The role requires at least 2 years of collections experience and strong communication and negotiation skills. A comprehensive 4-week training program is provided, with an aggressive bonus and benefits package support during employment.

As a Collection Agent, you will act as a vital link between our financial services clients, helping to resolve past-due accounts through professional communication and strategic problem-solving.
