BILL is a rapidly growing fintech company with a remote-first approach and offices in San Jose, CA and Draper, UT. You will join the Collections team, driving the execution of operational and strategic initiatives to maximize revenue recovery and optimize collection processes across BILL's products.

The role requires 0–2 years of collections experience, a willingness to learn, and strong data analysis and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of direct collections experience preferably in e‑commerce, payments, financial service, or a similar industry.
• Ability to learn, adapt, and train on new processes and procedures.
• Logical and rational thinking with demonstrated data analysis and investigative techniques.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of operational and strategic initiatives within BILL's Collections team.
• Oversee the complete collections lifecycle for BILL's products; perform account-level reviews and strategize outreach to maximize revenue recovery.
• Identify effective client outreach strategies and implement plans to improve collections performance.
• Contribute as a strong individual contributor to optimize collection processes to meet financial goals.
