ARS National Services Inc. is seeking a Remote Collections Account Representative in the Jacksonville, FL area for a full-time, 100% remote position. Residency in the greater Jacksonville area is required for work from home eligibility.

Training starts September 23, 2026. You will handle calls, analyze financial situations, negotiate plans, and ensure FDCPA compliance while keeping precise records. Compensation includes $16-18 per hour, monthly bonuses, and full benefits; schedule Mon–Fri

Your Schedule

• Mon–Fri: 9AM–6PM

This is a remote role, but you’ll still be an active, visible part of the team. During work hours, expect to be on camera and engaged — just like in the office (but better coffee and comfier clothes).
