Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico, seeks a Senior SharePoint Developer who serves as a subject-matter expert for Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Entra ID, with ownership of custom tooling, SharePoint development, and PowerShell automation.

The role provides advanced technical leadership within the SharePoint Online Engineering team, guiding architecture, site provisioning, and governance while coaching other professionals.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Advanced-to-expert knowledge in SharePoint Online architecture and development, Microsoft Graph / REST APIs / CSOM, C#, PowerShell automation, Entra ID, and GCC High environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID within the team.
• Administer SharePoint Online: permissions, site architecture, content types, site settings, tenant configuration.
• Develop and enhance custom compliance tools, including deployment, maintenance, and optimization.
• Develop and support site provisioning solutions for reliability and alignment with practices.
• Build and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, lifecycle management, and governance.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues spanning multiple systems.
• Contribute to roadmaps, standards, and process improvements.
• Manage moderately sized development projects with measurable impact.
• Coach and guide junior developers and administrators.
• Communicate with vendors, stakeholders, and IT groups.
