Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services in Puerto Rico is seeking a Business Analyst focused on developing and deploying data-driven systems to improve planning and execution. You will gather requirements, create user stories, and collaborate with IT and operations to implement solutions and governance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years as a Business Analyst, strong Power BI experience, and familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies. Remote work is available with occasional onsite travel to Santa Isabel as needed.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years experience.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on customer interaction, requirements gathering and governance.
Experience working with Power BI and creating data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

Analyze current business processes and documentation; identify areas for improvement; recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation: business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into functional specifications for IT and operations teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business needs with technical solutions; ensure governance.
Develop and implement governance policies to ensure compliance with standards.
