Legion Health is seeking collaborating psychiatrists (MD or DO) to supervise PMHNPs via secure telehealth. This fully remote, part-time contractor role combines clinical autonomy with operational support and a modern clinical model.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using EHR systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMHNPs treating low- and medium-acuity patients using evidence-based approaches.
• Conduct chart reviews and provide timely guidance on diagnoses, treatment plans, and medications.
• Review and authorize prescriptions, including controlled substances where permitted.
• Be available during agreed hours and comply with state rules.
• Mentor clinicians and reinforce Legion's standards and protocols.
• Help Legion expand access to high-quality psychiatric care nationwide.
