Job summary

Legion Health is seeking Collaborating Psychiatrists (MD or DO) to supervise PMHNPs via secure telehealth nationwide. This remote, part-time contractor role blends clinical autonomy with robust operational support within a modern clinical organization.

You will provide clinical guidance, perform chart reviews, and make independent prescribing decisions where legally permissible, helping expand access to high-quality psychiatric care across the United States.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMHNPs treating patients using evidence-based approaches.
• Conduct chart reviews and provide timely clinical guidance on diagnoses and treatment.
• Review and authorize prescriptions, including controlled substances where permitted.
• Be available during agreed working hours and support PMHNP shifts as required.
• Mentor clinicians and uphold Legion's standards and protocols.
• Help expand access to high-quality psychiatric care nationwide.
