Legion Health, a technology-forward psychiatry company, seeks collaborating psychiatrists (MD or DO) to supervise PMHNPs via secure telehealth nationwide. This fully remote, part-time contractor role offers clinical autonomy, supportive infrastructure, and competitive compensation; you'll provide guidance, chart reviews, and independent prescribing where allowed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMHNPs treating patients using evidence-based approaches.
• Conduct chart reviews and provide guidance on diagnoses, treatment plans, and clinical escalation.
• Review and authorize prescriptions, including controlled substances when allowed by law.
• Be available during agreed working hours and support PMHNP shifts.
• Mentor clinicians and reinforce Legion's standards and prescribing protocols.
• Help Legion expand access to high-quality psychiatric care across the United States.
