Jobgether SRL is seeking a lead for a fully remote US-based medical coding team supporting Veterans Affairs facilities. You will serve as the primary liaison with VA HIMS leaders and oversee coding operations across eight VA sites.

The role requires 3+ years of coding experience with supervisory or QA duties, and active credentials (RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CCS-P/CPC/CPC-H). Expect remote collaboration and ongoing coaching to maintain quality.

Qualifications

• Active RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, or CPC-H required.
• 3+ years coding experience with supervisory or QA duties.
• Fully remote in the U.S. with hourly pay of $30.00–$35.00.

Responsibilities

• Assign work, monitor productivity, and communicate deadline risks.
• Review coding accuracy and coach coders below the 95% threshold.
