Job summary

Aptive Resources is seeking a remote coding team lead to support VA medical centers and serve as the main contact for HIMS staff. This role requires supervising coding teams across eight facilities and ensuring quality and productivity.

You will coordinate corrective action plans, maintain coding accuracy, and ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS, DRGs, and NCCI edits while working 100% remotely within the United States.

Qualifications

• Active RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, or CPC-H credential with 3+ years coding and supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS, DRGs, and NCCI edits.

About the Role:
