The role requires extensive coding knowledge, AHIMA/AAPC certifications, and experience in physician revenue cycle processes, with a full-time, remote schedule.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS coding guidelines.
• Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and facilitate coding education programs.

Responsibilities

• Present coding and documentation education to coders and clinicians.
• Identify educational needs and develop opportunities.
• Schedule and deliver education using in-person and virtual formats.
