CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Coding Auditor and Educator for the professional fee coding team. You will audit ICD-10-CM, CPT-4, and HCPCS classifications, educate staff, and ensure compliance across the organization.

You will oversee onboarding, develop training programs, and monitor regulatory changes to implement updates efficiently. You will collaborate with leadership to plan short- and long-term strategies, focusing on coding accuracy, documentation quality, and cross-departmental

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of PB coder audits, education, and training experience.
• Five years of experience coding professional fee records.

Mansioni

• Perform internal audits of professional fee coding and provide follow-up education.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing education for staff on coding standards.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate updates to PB coding teams.
• Develop and deploy training programs to keep teams current with payer requirements.
• Build cross-departmental relationships to standardize coding practices.
