Job summary

Good Samaritan Family Resource Center is seeking a part-time, remote Coalition Coordinator for the San Francisco Latino Parity and Equity Coalition (SFLPEC). You will oversee day-to-day operations, support the Director, and ensure timely communications and records management.

Work is approximately 25 hours per week with flexible scheduling; occasional in-person attendance may be required for SFLPEC activities. Immediate start date; background checks and TB clearance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with communities of color, immigrant communities, low-income communities, and with community-based organizations.
• Ability to work in partnership with Concilio and maintain high levels of performance.
• Proven ability to work independently.
• Proficient with technology including Zoom and Google Workspace: Email, Calendar, Sheets, and Docs.
• San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance applies; we will consider employment-qualified applicants with arrest/conviction records.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director in maintaining relationships and regular communication with member organizations and key stakeholders by sending reminders, newsletters, invitations, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate membership meetings, workgroups, trainings, surveys, retreats, events, campaigns, and other coalition activities; manage logistics and engagement.
• Maintain the membership calendar, database, website, Google Drive, and other information-sharing systems.
• Document meetings and workgroup activities, including minutes, actions, attendance, and records.
• Prepare monthly reports and other reporting needs with member engagement data.
• Coordinate meetings and follow-up with elected officials, leaders, and partners on behalf of coalition members.
• Attend meetings and external events to support the Director and coalition activities.
• In the Director's absence, provide coordination and support for coalition activities as directed.
