Job summary

Good Samaritan Family Resource Center in San Francisco is seeking a part-time, remote SFLPEC Coordinator to oversee day-to-day coalition operations under the director's supervision. The role requires flexible scheduling, roughly 25 hours weekly, with in-person attendance for SFLPEC-related activities as needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, maintaining databases, and ensuring consistent communication with member organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3 years equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with communities of color, immigrant and low-income community members.
• Ability to work in partnership with Concilio and maintain high performance.
• Proficient with technology including Zoom and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of coalition goals, objectives, and activities.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, surveys, events, and member engagement.
• Maintain the membership calendar, database, website, Drive, and information-sharing systems.
• Document meetings and minutes, attendance, and action items.
• Compile member engagement data for monthly reports and reporting needs.
• Coordinate meetings with elected officials, partners, and leaders.
• Attend external events to support the Director and coalition members.
• Provide coordination in Director's absence.
