San Francisco Latino Parity and Equity Coalition (SFLPEC) is a data-driven, citywide coalition with 24 Latinx-led and Latinx-serving community-based agencies. Our Coalition ensures that the Latinx community who live and work in San Francisco are justly represented and provided with the resources they need to reach their full potential.
The SFLPEC Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and streamlining the day-to-day operations of SFLPEC under the supervision of the director . This includes managing administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records and databases, and handling communications between coalition members. Overall, the Coordinator is a crucial player in keeping the coalition organized and focused on its goals, and plays a critical role in the coalition's success and its members' engagement. This position is a part-time temporary position according to a funding grant, with a possible extension.
The Coalition Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of coalition goals, objectives, and activities. Required to either work 3 full 8hr days or 25 hours a week as needed. This is a part-time, remote position requiring approximately 25 hours per week, generally equivalent to three 8-hour days . The weekly schedule is flexible and may vary based on the needs and schedule of coalition members, including meetings, events, and other membership activities. The Coalition Coordinator will work under the supervision of the coalition’s Director to maximize participation and accomplishments.
