Job summary

Good Samaritan Family Resource Center (GSFRC) is a San Francisco non-profit coordinating the San Francisco Latino Parity and Equity Coalition. The SFLPEC Coordinator will manage daily operations, communications, and meetings to keep coalition efforts on track and deliverables met.

The role supports member organizations and external partners, with flexible scheduling and remote work options. This is a part-time, temporary position with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3 years equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with communities of color, immigrant communities, low-income community members, and with community-based organizations.
• Proficiency with Zoom and Google Workspace: Email, Calendar, Sheets, Docs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the coalition under the director.
• Schedule meetings, maintain records and databases, and handle communications among members.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, surveys, events, and member engagement activities.
• Maintain the membership calendar, databases, websites, and document systems.
• Prepare monthly reports and coordinate communications with partners and officials.
• Attend external meetings to support coalition activities and leadership.
