Dover Food Retail (DFR) seeks an Industrial Refrigeration Business Development Manager to drive growth in its CO2 refrigeration systems with key accounts. You will work closely with sales, engineering and project management to deliver market-aligned solutions and manage orders from start to finish.

The role requires strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills, with travel up to 50% and a focus on contract growth within industrial refrigeration markets.

Formación

• 10+ years’ experience focused on CO2 refrigeration.
• 10+ years’ experience in construction management, industrial refrigeration, or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Identify high value sectors such as cold storage, food & beverage, and pharmaceutical.
• Build trust-based partnerships with key decision makers, end users, contractors and engineers.
• Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, and project management teams to deliver market-aligned solutions.
• Manage all phases of industrial refrigeration orders with key customers.
• Lead activities with customers, engineers, contractors and internal teams.
• Provide market trend insights to product management leaders.
• Deliver focused feedback/presentations to dealers and customers to drive sales.
• Travel with regional sales teams to target opportunities and develop product-group plans.
