You will collaborate with sales, engineering and project teams to deliver integrated solutions, manage complex orders, and build long-lasting customer relationships across contractors and end users.

You should have 10+ years in CO2 refrigeration and construction management, plus 12+ years in business development and project management,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in CO2 refrigeration.
• 10+ years of experience in construction management or industrial refrigeration.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 12+ years of equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to meet stakeholders.
• 12+ years of experience in business development and project management.

Responsibilities

• Market development: identify high-value sectors including cold storage, food & beverage, and pharma.
• Relationship management: build trust-based partnerships with key decision makers and end users.
• Technical collaboration: work with sales, engineering and PM teams to align solutions.
• Manage all phases of Industrial Refrigeration orders with key customers.
• Lead activities with customers, engineers, contractors and internal teams.
• Provide feedback/presentations for regional sales managers and dealers to drive sales.
