Job summary

Dover Food Retail seeks a Project Manager skilled in CO2 refrigeration startup and commissioning to lead installation projects across sites. You will oversee planning, execution, scheduling, and budgeting, ensuring safety and quality while coordinating with customers, contractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include technical guidance, EMS and Danfoss/Copeland controls oversight, and maintaining AMS standards. Expect extensive travel and proactive client communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven experience in refrigeration system startup and commissioning, especially CO2 systems.
• 10+ years in refrigeration industry.
• Ability to troubleshoot commercial refrigeration equipment and see projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Create and follow a detailed project execution plan (PEP).
• Coordinate onsite projects with customers, contractors, and team leaders.
• Provide technical guidance on refrigeration systems and verify AMS specifications.
• Develop and manage project budgets to meet margin targets.
• Travel to job sites 90-100% of the time and document client reports.
