Dover Corp is seeking an Industrial Refrigeration Business Development Manager in Conyers, GA or remote. The role focuses on CO2 refrigeration system integration, building strong customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver market-aligned solutions.

The candidate should have extensive experience in CO2 refrigeration, construction management, and business development, with the ability to travel up to 50% and manage multiple stakeholder relationships to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience focused on CO2 refrigeration.
• 10+ years' experience in construction management, Industrial refrigeration or related fields and a bachelors degree or 12+ years experience in the same field.
• Ability to travel up to 50% in front of all relevant stakeholders
• 12+ years of business development and project management experience

Responsibilities

• Market development: identify high value sectors (cold storage, food & beverage, pharmaceutical).
• Relationship management: build trust-based partnerships with key industry decision makers, end users, contractors, and engineers.
• Technical collaboration: work with internal teams to ensure market-aligned solutions.
• Manage all phases of Industrial Refrigeration orders with key customers.
• Lead critical activities with customers, engineers, contractors and internal teams.
• Provide information on emerging trends and share with product management leaders.
• Present focused feedback to resellers, dealers and customers to drive sales.
• Travel with sales teams to develop plans for major product groups.
