This individual will focus on products and system integration, being an expert \\working with internal and external customers to expand our customer base and create strong customer relationships. The candidate will have excellent communication, customer and interpersonal skills. The individual will focus on Industrial CO2 Refrigeration product system integration with key customers; contractors, end users, and engineers of record. Communication internally with all of the primary stakeholders to ensure products, services and processes are in alignment with customers’ needs.What you’ll be responsible for in this role:Market Development; identify and evaluate high value sectors including cold storage, food & beverage, and pharmaceuticalRelationship Management; build trust based partnerships with key industry decision makers, end users, contractors, and engineers.Technical Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure market aligned solutionsManage all phases of Industrial Refrigeration orders with key customersLead critical activities with customers, engineers, contractors and internal teams· Provide and report information on emerging trends within our industry from various sources and applying that knowledge as you work with our product management leaders.Provide focused feedback/presentations for RSM’s, SAM’s, dealers, and customers that drive overall increased sales and quality.Travel with RSM’s/SAM’s on key opportunities and targets.
