Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a driven Account Specialist to execute in the field across a defined territory and enable commercial performance. This remote-based role requires travel within a region and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support product launches and patient access.

You will engage providers, build relationships, and drive adoption while ensuring compliance and delivering on objectives in CNS and specialty medicines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct CNS or specialty pharma sales experience.
• Deep knowledge of complex patient pathways and prescriber dynamics.
• Recent product launch experience with pre-launch planning and market execution.
• Experience with formulary access strategies and early market penetration.
• Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts.
• Understanding of specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
• Consistent quota attainment and YoY performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plans to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through customer engagement and education.
• Navigate patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams.
• Support launch execution including pre- and post-launch activities.
• Leverage field insights to improve strategy and execution.
• Maintain up-to-date product, disease state, and market knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
