Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking an Account Specialist to drive field execution and commercial performance across a defined territory. This remote-based role requires travel within a specified region and collaboration with Market Access, Patient Services, and Medical teams to optimize patient outcomes.

You will engage healthcare providers, build strong relationships, and drive adoption of therapies while ensuring access and adherence to regulatory policies.

Qualificações

• 5+ years direct CNS/pharma sales experience.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and specialist prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with product launches and pre-launch planning.
• Experience with formulary strategies and early market penetration.
• Experience selling into hospital systems/IDNs.
• Understanding of specialty pharmacy and hub services."
• Proven track record of meeting and beating quota.
• Strong regulatory awareness and compliance mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.

• Leverage field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain product, disease state, and market knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
