Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking an Account Specialist to drive field execution across a defined territory. You will engage healthcare providers, build strong customer relationships, and support product launches while advancing access strategies and patient care.

In this remote-based role with regional travel, you will collaborate with Market Access, Patient Services and Medical teams to optimize outcomes and achieve commercial objectives. A track record of exceeding quotas is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Experience selling into hospital systems and IDNs.
• Familiarity with pre-launch planning and early market execution.
• Experience with formulary access strategies and early market penetration.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota and territory goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through effective customer engagement and education.
• Navigate complex patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Partner with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams.
