Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC machining industry experience.
• 1-2 years technical sales or application experience preferred.
• Proficient in product knowledge, troubleshoot and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Effectively aligns product solutions with customer needs and industry trends.
• Independently executes strategic sales plans and targets through planning.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and manage sales leads and new customer accounts.
• Proactively manage the complete sales process from prospecting to pricing and negotiations.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Provide pre-sales technical and commercial responses to customer questions.
• Maintain CRM records for a clean, healthy pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end customer experience.
• Conduct product demonstrations and pre-sales workshops/webinars.
