Kennametal Inc. is seeking a motivated CNC Tooling Sales and Application Engineer to drive metal-cutting tool sales in Montana.

The role blends technical machining know-how with field-based sales, engaging customers, conducting product demos, and providing application support to improve productivity. You will travel within the territory, build relationships with machine shops and end users, and work with internal teams to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cnc machining industry experience.
• 1-2 years of technical sales and/or application experience preferred.
• Proficient in product knowledge and troubleshooting; tailor solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; customer-focused.
• Able to work independently and meet targets with strategic planning.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Provide technical direction and support to customers.
• Manage sales leads and pipeline.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans.
• Present pre-sales demos and workshops.
• Represent Kennametal at events.
• Deliver cost savings through tooling recommendations.
