Qualifications

• Requires technical degree or related experience in business, manufacturing or engineering.
• 3+ years in CNC machining industry or related field required.
• Strong product knowledge and troubleshooting ability; tailor solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue targets defined for the territory.
• Provide metal-cutting solutions and understand market trends to meet customer needs.
• Generate, qualify, and manage sales leads and new accounts.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to pricing and negotiations.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customers and deliver end-to-end service.
• Conduct product demos and pre-sales workshops for customers.
