Job summary

The Mount Sinai Health System seeks a Project Manager to support CAPC’s Clinical Education team in developing online educational tools for clinicians nationwide. You will coordinate virtual events, courses, and learning pathways, working with faculty and CAPC staff to meet CE/CME requirements and deadlines.

Ideal candidates have a background in project management, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives remotely within a large academic health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher preferred, or combination of applicable work experience and education.
• 3+ years of relevant experience; 5+ years with a Bachelors degree; project management experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work in a team and in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Project management of CAPC virtual events (workshops, webinars) related to palliative care education.
• Coordinate with faculty to ensure materials are delivered for CE applications and manage invoicing.
• Liaise with CAPC marketing to post events and promote to CAPC’s audience.
• Run live virtual events and collect evaluations and post-event reports.
• Coordinate curriculum projects with the clinical education team and external experts.
