Job summary

Medsien is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our remote Care Partner team in the US. You will use your clinical skills to support patients across multiple practices, building care plans and ensuring continuity of care from a remote position.

This full-time 1099 role includes paid training, flexible workflow across practices, and a focus on patient engagement, adherence tracking, and outcome improvement in CCM/RPM programs.

Qualifications

• National Certification in Medical Assisting required.
• Residence in the US required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathy and ability to connect with patients and families.
• Basic knowledge of chronic health conditions and their management.
• Adaptable across different medical practices and teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication.
• Reliable, flexible, and comfortable in float pool environments.
• Comfortable using technology for documentation and communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Regularly engage with patients and track adherence to care plans.
• Monitor patients' device readings and investigate out-of-range values.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions and program details.
• Stay up to date on CCM/RPM regulations and compliance standards.
• Ensure all patient enrollments adhere to legal and ethical standards.
• Monitor and track care performance to meet or exceed goals.
• Support patients across multiple medical practices and teams.
• Adapt to changing workflows and patient populations across practices.
