Job summary

Medsien is seeking a Remote Enrollment Specialist (Certified Medical Assistant) to educate and enroll patients in CCM and RPM programs across the United States. The role emphasizes compassionate patient engagement, accurate documentation, and adherence to regulatory standards.

As a full-time remote position (1099) within the US, you will collaborate with clinic partners, meet enrollment targets, and contribute to improved patient health outcomes through data-driven care coordination and 24/7

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for patient outreach and enrollment.
Understanding of CCM/RPM programs and ability to explain benefits to patients and families.
Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access and proficiency with basic documentation tools.
Knowledge of medical terminology and chronic disease management helpful for enrollment conversations.

Responsibilities

Initiate contact with potential CCM and RPM patients.
Assess eligibility for CCM/RPM services based on established criteria.
Educate patients on CCM/RPM benefits and program services.
Assist eligible patients with enrollment paperwork and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, enrollment status, and program details.
