This role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication, both spoken and written, to help patients enroll in healthcare programs remotely across the United States.

You will guide patients through enrollment, assess eligibility, document in EHR, monitor progress, and coordinate with providers, insurers, and social workers.

Qualifications
