Job summary

4 Corner Resources is hiring multiple Certified Medical Assistants for a fully remote, full-time 1099 contractor role across the United States. You will manage a large monthly caseload and perform care management duties for patients enrolled in CCM, RPM, PCM and RTM programs.

Requirements include an active national CMA certification, excellent phone communication, and comfort with technology and EHR systems. Training is paid, and benefits are not included in this contract.

Qualifications

• Active national CMA certification is required.
• Clear, friendly phone communication with patients.
• Self-motivated, proactive with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage a monthly caseload of 220–250 members across multiple practices.
• Make outbound calls to current program enrollees (not cold calls).
• Support CCM, RPM, PCM and RTM programs for members.
• Build relationships and document interactions thoroughly.
• Plan daily workload, prioritize tasks and track progress toward targets.
• Follow procedures and stay compliant with quality audits.
• Communicate technial issues or impact on workday to the team.
