Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Service Representative for the Wisconsin CLTS program. This 100% remote role requires residency in Wisconsin and offers flexible hours while handling inquiries from providers, CWAs, and DHS staff using internal systems to ensure timely, high-quality responses.

You will occasionally lead onsite or virtual trainings, work within a team, and maintain independent responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a related field is desired.
• Solid understanding of Wisconsin Medicaid and general knowledge of healthcare insurance programs.
• Excellent research and problem-solving skills are crucial.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using computers, including MS Office, and ability to learn organization-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Research & Resolution: Address and resolve inquiries from providers, CWAs, and DHS staff.
• Systems Utilization: Use internal software tools to research and resolve inquiries.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure timely and accurate responses to stakeholders.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
• Training & Education: Conduct occasional onsite or virtual training sessions for providers, CWAs, and DHS staff.
• Independent Decision-Making: Manage responsibilities with limited supervision.
