Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Professional Field Representative to support Wisconsin Medicaid providers, acting as a key liaison for education, issue resolution, and operational support. You will research and resolve complex issues, deliver training, and communicate policies to providers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with Medicaid/Medicare/government programs.
• Experience with provider relations, provider services, or managed care.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Project management, organizational, research, analytical, and problem-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Wisconsin Medicaid providers and stakeholders to research, analyze, and resolve complex operational or claims-related issues.
• Educate and train providers and stakeholders through one-on-one support, guidance sessions, and ongoing communication.
• Learn and apply contract policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to ensure accurate support and issue resolution.
• Support escalated provider issues by researching concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Participate in identifying, documenting, analyzing, and validating business processes, workflows, and operational requirements.
• Build strong provider relationships while supporting service quality, operational consistency, and customer satisfaction.
