Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience with Medicaid/Medicare/government health programs.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with healthcare providers or provider services.
• Strong written and verbal communication with providers and stakeholders.
• Strong project management, organizational, research, analytical, and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience researching and resolving escalated operational or provider-related issues preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and resolve complex provider issues with Medicaid providers.
• Educate and train providers through one-on-one support and sessions.
• Apply contract policies and guidelines to ensure accurate support.
• Support escalated provider issues with cross-team coordination.
• Identify and document business processes and operational requirements.
• Build strong provider relationships to ensure service quality.
