Job summary

Flexential is seeking a Cloud TAM Manager in the United States to lead a team of Cloud TAMs and Engineers, partnering with Sales to grow cloud TAM revenue and attach services to customers. You will build financial models and dashboards to monitor pipeline, bookings, margin, and profitability, and supervise performance and development across the team.

• Experience leading cloud TAM teams or equivalent customer success groups.
• Proven ability to develop and manage budgets and revenue metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to grow Cloud TAM revenue and attach services.
• Build financial models and dashboards to track pipeline, bookings, margin, and profitability.
• Supervise Cloud TAMs and Engineers, coaching performance and development.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and cross-training to build a high-performing team.
• Assign accounts and Engineer coverage based on complexity and profitability.
