Job summary

Flexential is seeking a Supervisor, Cloud Technical Account Management to lead the Cloud TAM team and align sales, delivery, and financial performance. The role partners with Sales leadership to drive bookings and attach the TAM service to customers, while managing the service pipeline and profitability.

The ideal candidate combines team leadership with strong commercial and financial acumen, comfortable in customer escalations and pricing discussions, and reports metrics to the Director of FTS

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical account management or related roles.
• Experience partnering with sales to grow a service line.
• Strong financial reporting and forecasting experience.
• Ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, VMware, and DRaaS.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cloud TAM team to drive bookings and profitability.
• Own pipeline, forecasting, and financial model for the service.
• Collaborate with Sales, AEs, and CSMs to position and sell the TAM service.
• Provide executive-level reviews and manage customer escalations.
