Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Pre‑Sales Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer to design and present security solutions for customers and internal sales teams. This remote role requires residency in the US TOLA region and focuses on email security, cloud and hybrid environments, and value-based outcomes.

The candidate will lead technical discovery, propose architectures, and collaborate with vendors to validate solutions, enabling successful pre‑sales activities and handoff to delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, pre-sales, or solutions architecture.
• Strong email security knowledge including SEG, BEC protection, DLP, and API-based protection.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to present to technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer goals, security challenges, and environments.
• Assess architectures, identify gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and present scalable cybersecurity solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Support PoC efforts and enable internal sales teams with security-focused training.
