Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Cloud Foundation Services Manager to lead the VMware Cloud Foundation services practice, driving technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Infrastructure Modernization and Hybrid Cloud initiatives.

You will partner with sales, solution architects, and delivery leadership to ensure secure, scalable outcomes for enterprise and commercial clients using Broadcom VMware technologies; you will mentor engineers and architects to grow

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
3+ years leading technical delivery teams.
Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF services practice with high-quality delivery.
Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF including VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, and vSphere.
Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
Own capability development across Broadcom VCF services, including VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, and vSphere 9.
Collaborate with sales and solution architecture to shape offerings and support presales efforts.
Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics to drive improvement.
Create and maintain reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, templates, and accelerators.
