Job summary

One Call seeks a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to own cloud and technology financial management across a multi‑cloud, SaaS, and on‑premises portfolio. The role will establish a new FinOps function, partner with engineering, finance, and procurement, and own the operating model and long‑term cost strategy.

This hands‑on manager reports to the VP of Technology and may see headcount growth as the function matures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Finance/CS/IS/Engineering.
• 8+ years in technology, finance, cloud cost management, or FinOps.
• Hands-on ownership of cloud cost management platforms across multiple clouds; OCI experience a plus.
• Experience establishing tagging standards, allocation taxonomy, and chargeback/showback models.
• Experience managing a commitment portfolio and supporting enterprise environments.
• FinOps certification required; additional industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud and technology cost management across a multi-cloud and SaaS portfolio; drive cost visibility and accountability.
• Lead cost optimization efforts including rightsizing, discount programs, and license stewardship.
• Develop and operationalize FinOps governance, tagging, and chargeback frameworks; report to senior leaders.
