Job summary

One Call is seeking a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to lead our cloud cost management across multi-cloud, SaaS, and on‑premises platforms. You will own the FinOps function, partner with engineering, finance, and procurement, and drive cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, and cost accountability.

This hands‑on leadership role reports to the Vice President of Technology, with no direct reports initially, and may add headcount as the function matures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years in tech, finance, cloud cost mgmt or FinOps.
• Hands-on ownership of cloud cost tools across multiple clouds; OCI a plus.
• Experience establishing tagging standards, allocation taxonomies, and chargeback/showback models.

Responsibilities

• Owns cost visibility, allocation, and reporting across cloud and SaaS platforms.
• Drives cost optimization, commitments, and governance with measurable outcomes.
• Builds technology cost forecasts and partners with Finance for budgets and reforecasts.
• Establishes FinOps operating model and governance for AI/ML consumption and spending.
